Would you like to begin to unlock the real you? Or do you just need some help with some of life's challenges?

I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in central Reading, Berkshire and Wallingford, Oxfordshire (near Didcot and Henley) and feel the hope offered by the quote from Hāfez best sums up how I work:

"I wish I could show you when you are lonely or in darkness the astonishing light of your own being." Hāfez

I have been practicing for over 12 years and am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life, realise your True Self and to live it more fully.

I have developed experience in supporting clients facing:

  • Stress
  • Relationships
  • Coping with illness (especially cancer)
  • Younger people (18 to 25)
  • Anxiety
  • Bereavement
  • Depression
  • Personal growth and development
  • Body / self-image and eating disorders
  • Military readjustment

Sessions are usually £70 with some low cost sessions available and I practise in:
    Central Reading, Berkshire
Which is ideally located for the M4, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Wokingham and Newbury

    and also in Wallingford, Oxfordshire
Didcot and it's main rail link to London (40mins), Oxford and Henley all within easy reach.

Why not start to find the real you today rather than tomorrow?

    Trauma Counselling

I also provide Trauma Counselling through Noreen Tehrani Associates to Thames Valley Police (TVP) and South Central Ambulance Service and have trained to deliver Trauma Focussed CBT (TF - CBT). I can use this skill set if you have experienced a particular trauma that is creating ongoing problems (e.g. nightmares, flashbacks or phobias)
